1. Wet 'N Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow - "Brûlée"
I have spoken about the Wet N Wild single eyeshadow in the shade "Nutty" before, and now another one from this line has stolen my heart. At first glance, this looks pretty boring - classic, creamy white color. However, for setting eyeshadow primer, I've never found an eyeshadow I like more. For those who might not know, many people who use eyeshadow primer choose to "set" it (and get rid of some of the tackiness) with a skin-tone shade before adding shadows with more color on top. Something about the formula and color of this one just gets that job done perfectly for me. Plus, it's just about the cheapest thing ever!

2. Laura Mercier Secret Camoflauge - "SC 1"
At first glance, this concealer is a little scary. However, if you've ever seen a color wheel, you know that orange and blue are directly opposite one another. In makeup, this means that orange-y shades can best counteract the blue tones in under-eye circles. I have been loving the orange-y concealer in this duo by Laura Mercier for exactly that reason. It's an interesting formula - it's not super creamy so you kind of have to press harder than you think to get the product, but that makes it less likely to slip and slide away once you apply it to your under eye area. It blends so super quickly that you really don't even need a brush, and once it's blended in, it doesn't look orange. A few taps with your finger, and it's good to go! I have the lightest shade option, but there is one for everyone.
Sephora, $35.00
3. Stila Sheer Pressed Powder - "Light"
Everyone knows I am partial to my translucent powders for setting my foundation and keeping my face matte, but lately I've been using this colored powder nonstop for setting the concealer under my eyes. I find that when I have dark circles, a little extra coverage on top of the concealer is never a bad thing, and this one sets like a dream and prevents the concealer from creasing. Along with the Laura Mercier product above, it's a dynamic duo!
It looks like this may be discontinued in the Stila line, but I found one on Pricefalls for $12.99
4. NARS Satin Lip Pencil - "Rikugien"
As the weather has started getting warm again, I have been gravitating back toward the springy lip colors as well. This one by NARS is just gorgeous. The Satin Lip Pencils just glide on so nicely and feel so smooth on the lips. For a product not marketed as long lasting, I find they last pretty well. They have a slight sheen without any glitter or shimmer, making your lips look full and healthy. What's not to love?
